Yes! The glass is fused in a kiln under high heat creating a water tight seal.

How do I clean my wall vase?

Hand-wash with a bottle brush or something similar. Do not put in the dish washer. Use any not abrasive cleaner your prefer. Bleach can be used if flowers are allowed to sit it the vase too long and create a dinginess. You may also use lime-away for hard water stains.
